announced that Jeff McFadden has been named Chief Executive Officer.
Founder and former CEO, Phil Delurgio, will remain on the Board and at
the company as Chief Technology Officer to focus on M-Factor's next
generation of products.
This appointment brings a successful and experienced executive to
M-Factor. Jeff was previously the CEO of Claira Corporation, which he
co-founded in 1998 and grew to over $100 million in annual revenue.
Earlier, he was Vice President, Business Development at Excite where
he established the majority of Excite's key distribution
relationships. Before Excite, Mr. McFadden held numerous leadership
positions in Product Strategy, Product Marketing, and Sales at Sun
Microsystems where he was responsible for the $2.5 Billion/year
"Sparcstation" product line. Earlier in his career, he held sales and
engineering positions at Prime Computer, Control Data Corporation, and
General Motors Corporation.
